Music helps with the free expression of emotions and feelings. Althought our little ones cannot yet give complete expression to their feelings free music time helps them with this.
Art and creativity time helps the children learn about different textures, cause and effect and gives them time to freely express their feelings and emotions. We encourage the parents to let the children enjoy themselvs and not to do the art for them.
Ball time is fun time. We make use of proper physio balls to help the children with balance and muscle mass.
Massaging of the babies form part of the routine of the class. We show you what to do and you get hands-on experience on your own baby, so that you can do the massage at home. We explain the different techniques and the reasons behind it. Massage help your baby to discover the different part of his/her body, as well as help with the sensory development.
Activities are not only limited to indoors, we do outdoor stuff as well. Climbing into, over and under al sorts of objects is part of the fun.
